I have trained in the gym for five years now and have spent time working at a personal training gym with a diverse range of clients with all different needs - return from injury, weight loss, strength gain and sport specific training. From running marathons to playing hockey to bodybuilding style training, I have pushed my body in a variety of ways and I am wanting to support people to achieve similar goals.
